RPI THERAPY ADDED TO LINE-UP AT FAIRWINDS-RIVER'S EDGE
ARCHIVE DATE: 2009-08-04
In addition to all of the great services already in place at Fairwinds-River's Edge, on-site physical, occupational, speech, and water therapy have been added!
Fairwinds has teamed up with RPI - a local rehabilitation services company - to help our residents obtain and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Services include integrated programs for residents with orthopedic musculoskeletal disorders, decline in function, neurological and neuromuscular dysfunction, movement disorders, and memory loss.
The comprehensive rehabilitation team works closely with the resident's physician, family members and our staff to develop a therapy program tailored to their specific needs. The resident's progress is reviewed regularly, and the plan is revised as needed.
And...to make it even better, Medicare and most insurances pay for such services.
